Key responsibilities of a Dishwasher/Kitchen Prep include: Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchenware: Be knowledgeable about operating the dishwasher. Clear off trash and food debris from plates before putting them through the dishwasher. All metal kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be scrubbed before putting them in the dishwasher Empty dish racks and put all dishes away. Dishes need to be completely clean and dry before they are put away.

Cleaning:

Ensure your workspace and all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. All sinks need to be emptied and free of any food and scrubbed at the end of the shift. Assist kitchen staff to prep foods: When needed, Assist with ingredient preparation, (fresh cut fries, hand-made burgers, hand battered fish and chicken, etc.), stock condiments, and set-up workstations. Clear guest tables: Communicate with the servers, kitchen staff and bartenders about what dishes need to be collected. Use the provided tub to clear the dishes and wipe-off and sanitize the tables in a timely fashion.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs. Support Serving & Kitchen staff.
