Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This role supports kitchen operations by ensuring a steady supply of clean items and assisting with basic cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks (e.g., wiping counters, cleaning storage areas) Restock clean dishes and supplies to appropriate areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support kitchen staff as needed during busy periods No formal education required; high school diploma preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs Team player with good communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:
