Hours Wednesday - Sunday 3:30-Close Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety procedures Follow strict sanitation protocols for cleaning kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to uphold health standards Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and bulk supplies safely and correctly to prevent injury Maintain proper food handling procedures during dishwashing and cleaning processes to ensure compliance with food safety management standards Support kitchen staff by operating basic kitchen equipment safely and assisting with general cleaning duties throughout shifts Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued highly Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, sanitation standards, and kitchen health regulations is advantageous Basic understanding of manual handling techniques and safe operation of kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or sinks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during busy service hours Knowledge of food safety practices related to dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen hygiene standards
Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
