Description Join our dynamic hospitality team at The Lowline Hotel as a Dishwasher/ Steward, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a dedicated individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of sanitation and organization in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glassware, and silverware, ensuring they meet sanitation standards.
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and all equipment.
- Clean and sanitize all utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment regularly.
- Support proper food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and report any damaged or missing items.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related field preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in stressful situations.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food service.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
