Menkoi Ramen House, located in the vibrant Village at Sandhill, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Ramen Prep/Dishwasher. Job Responsibilities:
As a Kitchen Prep/Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering delicious dishes to our customers.
Your responsibilities would include:
Assisting the kitchen staff in preparing ingredients for Ramen dishes, such as slicing meat, cooking soft boil eggs, and preparing spinach. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Operating dishwashing equipment and ensuring that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with food preparation and assembly. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, following proper procedures for handling and storing ingredients. Assisting in general kitchen duties, such as restocking supplies and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for food. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
