Job Summary We are seeking a Fry cooking to join our team. Must have reliable transportation. Knowledge of the fryer is a plus but not necessary. This is a great entry-level restaurant position. Responsibilities Prepare and cook fried dishes according to menu specifications and recipes Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering to food handling and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Operate kitchen appliances and tools efficiently, including knives and fryers Follow proper food safety procedures during all stages of food preparation Support the team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Maintain a professional attitude and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles; restaurant or fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not necessary Food industry or culinary experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued
