Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including basic food prep for culinary staff. Support banquet and event setups by ensuring all necessary kitchenware is clean and ready for service. Buss tables and assist in clearing dining areas to maintain a tidy restaurant environment. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with culinary staff. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn within the culinary field are essential.
