The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by cleaning dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used during food preparation and service. Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards. Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper functioning. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and work surfaces. Properly dispose of waste and empty trash bins as needed. Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and kitchen tools. Monitor cleaning supplies and report when stock is low. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries. Other Duties as assigned. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. No prior experience required, though previous kitchen experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
