Dishwasher / Steward Old Natchez Country Club Franklin, Tennessee $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience Old Natchez Country Club is seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers / Stewards to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently while supporting our culinary and food & beverage teams. Located just south of Green Hills, Old Natchez is conveniently accessible from Franklin, Bellevue, West Nashville, Thompson's Station, and surrounding areas. Position Details $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience Flexible scheduling available Morning shifts may begin as early as 10:00 a.m. Evening shifts typically end by approximately 10:30 p.m. Year-round and seasonal opportunities may be available Bi-weekly pay On-site position Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment Assist with maintaining sanitation standards throughout the kitchen Remove trash and recycling and maintain designated disposal areas Sweep, mop, and clean floors and work areas as needed Assist the culinary team with basic kitchen and prep tasks when needed Support banquet and event operations as assigned Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Work collaboratively with culinary and food & beverage team members Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous dishwasher, steward, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred but not required Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workplace Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Old Natchez Country Club offers a supportive, team-oriented environment where every team member contributes to providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
