Job Summary Join our dynamic restaurant team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold sanitation standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots or crates with proper technique to prevent injury Follow all food safety management protocols and adhere to restaurant health and safety standards at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and kitchen health standards is advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers or commercial sinks is a plus Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene compliance Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Willingness to follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently and uphold sanitation standards Bilingual in spanish is required Embark on your hospitality journey with us!
