Buffalo Breakfast Co. is now hiring for BOH positions including Line Cooks and Dishwashers as well as a Busser position! This is a day shift only location with early start times for opening cooks. We offer full time and part time positions, flexible scheduling, and can work with most availabilities.

Responsibilities:
Dishwasher Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchenware using approved methods and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic mise en place and portioning. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in a safe, clean condition; report any malfunctions. Support line cooks and culinary staff by providing timely dishwashing and replenishment of supplies. Adhere to food safety, sanitation procedures, and dietary department guidelines. Maintain orderly dish and pot washing areas and assist with waste management and recycling.
Responsibilities:
Line Cook Ingredient preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and other menu staples Cooking and plating: Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to recipe specifications, ensuring correct doneness, portion sizes, and presentation Menu execution: Follow recipes and presentation guidelines, and adapt to special requests or dietary restrictions (e.g., allergen-free options) Station setup: Set up and stock the breakfast line with all necessary supplies before service, and maintain organized workflow Order management: Execute breakfast tickets in the correct sequence, managing multiple simultaneous orders during the morning rush Food safety and sanitation: Store perishable items at proper temperatures, maintain cleanliness of prep and cooking areas, and comply with all health and safety regulations Inventory and ordering: Monitor stock levels of breakfast ingredients and supplies, place orders as needed, and coordinate with the kitchen manager Equipment maintenance: Operate and clean kitchen appliances such as grills, ovens, and flat-tops; report malfunctions promptly
Responsibilities:
Busser Table Maintenance:
Bussers clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, removing dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware, and wiping down surfaces to prepare for the next guests. They also set tables with utensils, condiments, and other necessary items before service begins
Assisting Servers:
Bussers support waitstaff by delivering food when needed, and coordinating with servers to ensure efficient service. They may also restock service stations with supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments
Dining Area Cleanliness:
Maintaining a clean and organized dining room is a key duty. This includes sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning chairs, emptying trash cans, and ensuring the overall environment is tidy and guest-ready throughout service
Customer Service:
While bussers typically do not take orders, they contribute to guest satisfaction by being attentive, responding to basic requests, and escalating any issues to servers or managers when necessary
Support Tasks:
Bussers may assist with opening and closing side work, such as polishing glassware, checking sanitizer buckets, or helping with dishwashing and other kitchen duties as needed
