What You'll Do Keep Things Sparkling:

Wash and sanitize cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers and hand-washing stations. Maintain the

Space:

Keep the dish pit, kitchen storage, and general kitchen areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the morning and afternoon. Support the

Culinary Team:

Ensure kitchen equipment and prep tools are sanitized and safely stored so our cooks stay ready for action through the lunch rush.

Keep It Clean & Safe:

Safely dispose of garbage, compost, and recycling following market procedures and health regulations. Lend a

Hand:

Assist the kitchen crew with light prep or maintenance tasks during peak morning hours as needed. Master the

Rotisserie:

Cook and manage our rotisserie chickens, strictly monitoring temperatures to ensure they meet our high quality and safety standards for customers.

What We're Looking For Availability:

Full-time availability (32-40 hours) for our 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM morning shift, including weekends and holidays.

High attention to detail regarding food safety, temperature checks, and kitchen cleanliness.

Pace & Stamina:

Physical stamina to stand, move quickly, and safely lift heavy cookware or trash bins in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Education:
