Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing area Operate commercial dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Follow strict sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving supplies or large quantities of dishes and equipment Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
