Our porters are responsible for providing a standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. Interacting with one another in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. The porter is responsible for trash removal from the kitchen as well as the operation of the dishwashing machine. This role also assists in heavy cleaning duties including cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, small wares, pots/pans, and other special cleaning projects as assigned. This position may also require some food preparation.
