This position requires an individual who likes working with a team in a positive and professional manner. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as directed. Support cooking staff by ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available. Follow food safety guidelines for handling and storing food items. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment throughout the shift. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment Strong food handling and service skills Familiarity with culinary techniques and knife skills Experience in meal preparation and catering services Knowledge of dietary department practices and menu planning is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with team members
