Dishwasher - La Calabria La Calabria is a family-owned Italian restaurant in the Texas Hill Country specializing in wood-fired pizza, handmade pasta, and private events. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This is an important role in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. We are looking for someone who works efficiently, takes pride in keeping a clean workspace, and is willing to help the kitchen team wherever needed. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift Properly put away clean dishes and kitchen equipment Empty trash and maintain kitchen trash areas Sweep and mop kitchen and dish areas Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties Help with basic kitchen or prep tasks when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Communicate with kitchen staff to keep service running efficiently What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Comfortable standing for extended periods and working around heat and water Able to lift approximately 40-50 lbs as needed Restaurant experience is helpful but not required Must be available evenings and weekends Schedule Part-time position with shifts primarily Thursday through Saturday , with additional opportunities during weddings, private events, and special dinners.
