We cook everything fresh daily and serve dine-in, to-go, and delivery. It's a small, tight kitchen where everyone helps everyone. We're looking for a dependable Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper to keep the dish pit clean and help our cooks with daily prep work. No experience needed - we will train you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand and by machine Keep the dish area stocked, organized, and moving through the whole shift Put clean dishes and smallwares back where they belong Daily prep work: wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for service Help prepare Korean side dishes (banchan), sauces, and marinades following our recipes Label, date, and rotate prepped items, and restock the prep and line stations Receive and put away deliveries Take out trash, break down boxes, and keep the back of house swept and mopped Follow food safety and sanitation rules

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Shows up on time for every scheduled shift Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Works fast and steady when the kitchen gets busy Comfortable using knives and basic kitchen equipment, or willing to learn Comfortable around hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals Team player who pitches in wherever the kitchen needs help Must be at least 16 years old

SCHEDULE AND PAY

$9.00 to $12.00 per hour, based on experience Part-time or full-time - we will work with your availability Evenings and weekends are our busiest shifts Room to move up into prep cook and line cook roles
