We cook everything fresh daily and serve dine-in, to-go, and delivery. It's a small, tight kitchen where everyone helps everyone. We're looking for a dependable Kitchen Prep Cook / Chef Helper to keep our prep stations stocked and support the cook through service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for the day's service Prepare Korean side dishes (banchan), sauces, marinades, and batters following our recipes Stock and restock prep stations before and during service Assist the cook on the line during rush - plating, frying, and grilling support Keep the kitchen, coolers, and prep areas clean, organized, and up to health code Receive and put away deliveries, rotate stock, and label and date everything Dish and general cleaning duties as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Some kitchen experience preferred (prep, line, or dish) - we'll teach you our recipes Reliable and on time. This matters more than anything else on this list. Able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 40 lbs, and work at a steady pace during rush Comfortable with knives and basic kitchen equipment, or willing to learn quickly Team player with clean, organized work habits Willing to work evenings and weekends Food Handler's card required, or able to obtain one within 30 days

SCHEDULE

Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Closed Mondays. We're flexible on full-time or part-time depending on your availability - tell us what you can work.
