Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker and dishwasher to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing, assembling, and presenting food items to ensure efficient service and high-quality standards. Duties Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Support catering and banquet events by preparing food items according to specifications Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health standards Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times Contribute to the setup and breakdown of catering or banquet events Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks as needed Skills Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation standards Ability to perform basic cooking tasks and assist with food service operations Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a hospitality setting Previous restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the kitchen or service areas This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and culinary arts to develop their skills while contributing to a welcoming guest experience.
