This role involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation tasks. The ideal candidate is a good listener, a quick learner, and capable of handling manual tasks safely and efficiently. Prior food service and kitchen experience mandatory. Bilingual preferred! Duties Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation and food safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly Handle food items properly, adhering to health regulations Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment Lift up to 60 lbs as required for manual handling tasks Skills Food service experience preferred Kitchen experience including dishwashing, food handling, and equipment operation Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards, sanitation, and food safety practices Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions carefully Good listening skills and attention to detail Capable of manual handling tasks including lifting heavy items safely

Pay:

$10.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
