Your contributions will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support catering events and banquets as needed, contributing to food presentation and service. Buss tables and assist with dining room cleanliness when required. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
