Support the cleaning of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service areas to maintain a spotless environment. Collaborate with the culinary team during catering events or banquets by providing timely dishwashing support. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials in accordance with safety protocols. Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures diligently to promote a healthy environment for staff and guests. Maintain organized storage of clean items and communicate any equipment or supply issues to management promptly. Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables, food handling, or food preparation is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience with banquet or catering support is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and fellow team members.
