This is not a sit-around job. It is a team job. What you'll be doing: Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and thoroughly Keeping the dish pit organized and stocked during rushes Helping keep the kitchen and back area clean Taking out trash and helping with basic kitchen upkeep Helping with opening and closing tasks Communicating clearly with the kitchen team What we're looking for: Reliable and punctual (this matters a lot) Able to move quickly during busy periods Willing to follow systems and direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Restaurant experience is helpful, but not required We'll train the right people.
