What Youll Do Load, run, and unload the dishwasher efficiently and safely where applicable. Ensure all utensils, glassware, plates, cookware, and trays are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area at all times. Set up the dish room and dish machine before each shift and properly break them down after. Sanitize work areas continuously to prevent cross-contamination. Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways at the end of your shift. Follow all current food safety and hygiene standards. Arrive in full uniform with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Be open to cross-training opportunities for career growth.
