As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will assist the waitstaff by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Also helping out the dish area with washing plates and taking them to the cooks line. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service, with a keen interest in the food industry. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Ensure that all utensils, glassware, and dishes are properly cleaned and stored. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with food service regulations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bussing procedures and practices within the hospitality sector is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
