This position may also assist with basic front-of-house and kitchen support duties that do not require cooking, handling raw food, or operating hot cooking equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, organized, and willing to help wherever needed while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, trays, containers, and small equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Maintain cleanliness of service areas and assigned workstations Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment Remove trash and assist with general cleaning duties Stock supplies, condiments, packaging materials, and service stations Assist with expo duties, including organizing and checking completed orders Garnish prepared food items that do not involve raw food Assist with small food preparation tasks that do not involve raw food or heat Package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders Operate the cash register and assist with customer transactions when assigned Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist with opening and closing procedures Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and company procedures Keep floors and work areas clean and free of hazards Communicate with team members to help maintain efficient restaurant operations Complete additional Team Member Beta duties as assigned Work under direct supervision of a Team Leader, Manager, or other designated supervisor Qualifications No previous restaurant experience required Ability to follow directions and restaurant procedures Dependable and able to work as part of a team Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to communicate respectfully with customers and team members Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to safely lift and carry restaurant supplies, dishes, and equipment Ability to work around water, cleaning products, and normal restaurant conditions Supervision & Training Dishwashers work under direct supervision and will receive training on proper dishwashing procedures, sanitation, food safety, customer service, restaurant operations, and approved Team Member Beta responsibilities.

Pay:

$8.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
