Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. In this vital role, you'll support the front-of-house staff by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, ensuring dishes and utensils are sanitized and ready for service, and assisting with food preparation when needed. Your enthusiasm and dedication will contribute to a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while honing essential culinary and service skills. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as garnishing plates or assembling simple ingredients for kitchen staff Support catering and banquet setups by arranging tables, serving stations, and cleaning areas before and after events Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service areas through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Handle food handling responsibilities safely by following proper procedures for hygiene and safety protocols Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure smooth operations during all shifts Skills Experience in bussing tables or food service environments preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures Ability to perform light food preparation tasks with attention to detail Strong cleaning skills to uphold cleanliness standards in dining and kitchen areas Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not mandatory Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting restaurant operations Familiarity with hospitality or hotel environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary and hospitality expertise in a fast-paced setting.
