Blü Prime Steakhouse - San Antonio, TX Under the direction of Executive Chef Allan Lee Blü Prime Steakhouse is a modern fine dining concept in San Antonio, combining premium steaks with globally inspired, chef-driven cuisine. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher who takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and supporting a high-performing culinary team. This role is essential to maintaining the pace, cleanliness, and overall success of our kitchen operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment. What You'll Do Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish area Support kitchen staff by ensuring equipment and supplies are clean and available during service Assist with trash removal, floor cleaning, and general kitchen sanitation Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Help with basic kitchen support and organization tasks as needed Work efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness throughout shifts Professional attitude and strong sense of urgency Open to learning and growing within a fine dining kitchen Bonus Points If You Have Previous dishwasher or restaurant experience Experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants Bilingual in Spanish and English Why Blü Prime?
