Job Description The Dishwasher is responsible for properly washing and sanitizing dishware and keeping the dish area clean and organized. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Washes all dishes from the restaurant Washes pots and pans from the kitchen Restock plate ware for the restaurant and kitchen Practice and uphold proper safety and sanitation Mop floors Clean the dishwashing machine, sinks, drains Any other duties assign by a manager Skills + Abilities included but are not limited to: Able to take direction and work together as a team Works calmly and executes job duties effectively under pressure High safety, sanitation, and food handling standards Education + Experience +

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred Food Handler certification required Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
