D'Caramel Patisserie is a modern artisan French bakery located in the heart of Southlake, Texas. We specialize in handcrafted croissants and contemporary French pastries. We are looking for a dependable full-time team member to support our bakery's dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation needs. This position also offers an opportunity to learn additional bakery tasks and grow within the company.
Schedule Evening shift:
Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM-9:30 PM. Part-time applicants may also be considered if they are available for several of these shifts. What You'll Do Clean dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, sheet pans, and bakery equipment using commercial dishwashers or by hand Keep kitchen and production areas clean, organized, and ready for use Return sanitized dishes, tools, and equipment to their proper storage locations Sweep and scrub floors and maintain general cleanliness throughout the workspace Collect, sort, and dispose of trash in designated areas Refill supplies in workstations, storage areas, refrigerators, and cupboards Follow established sanitation and food-safety procedures Help the bakery team with basic food preparation or other support tasks when needed What We're Looking For Restaurant, bakery, kitchen, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions Understanding of basic workplace safety and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavier kitchen items when necessary Intermediate English communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help the team Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay based on experience, skills, and interview Health insurance Long-term bonus opportunity Employee discount Opportunity for professional growth within the bakery
