In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, contributing to both food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards. Duties Clean and wash dishes Maintain dish machine and area within the dish pit. Assist with food handling, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits as needed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food preparation areas are sanitized and organized. Support the culinary team whenever necessary Participate in banquet or catering events as needed, helping to set up and break down service areas. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
