Job Description

Im seeking a co dishwasher, as the head dishwasher at Bonfire Grill. I'm not the owner or hiring manager or anything, but I need a co dishwasher. Your job would be basically splitting the dish load between the 2 of us. I work in the dishpit, you would use the 3 sinks to wash, rinse, and sanitize, or simply load a dish rack with what you've scrubbed and put it in the dishwashing machine. Your dish load would be mainly pans, big pots, most of the metal dishes. I would take most of the plastic, the smaller containers and lids, the silverware, kitchen tools, and of course the dishes from the dining room. We both also help out with polishing glassware and silverware when needed. During cleanup, after closing down, you scrub and sanitize the 3 sinks, and the bar mats are put in a sink of hot soap water to soak overnight. When that's been done, you sweep, mop, take out trash, change out rag/apron/napkin laundry bags. Other tasks as needed may be asked of you throughout the shift as well, some of which may become a routine part of shift.
