SITECH Field Service Technician:

As a Field Service Technician, you'll provide hands-on technical support at customer jobsites while installing and servicing machine control and construction technology systems.

Responsibilities include:

Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair machine control systems on heavy equipment Use mechanical, electrical, and technical knowledge to diagnose equipment and technology issues Provide field service and technical support directly at customer job sites Diagnose system errors and technical problems and determine appropriate solutions Provide hands-on technical training and guidance to customers Document service calls, repairs, and support activities accurately in company systems Gather and communicate technical feedback to help improve products, services, and customer support Work with internal teams and manufacturers to resolve technical issues Assist with developing and maintaining service and support processes Deliver professional, responsive customer service during field visits

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 1 year of experience with heavy equipment systems and electrical systems Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and technical systems Highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to manage field service assignments and priorities Results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and a "get it done" attitude Team player who takes ownership and follows through on assignments Naturally curious with a willingness to ask questions and fully understand technical issues Resourceful and creative problem-solver who can evaluate challenges from multiple angles Customer-focused and comfortable providing hands-on support in the field Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, products, and processes ✅
