Full Job Description Overview:
As a Busser & Dishwasher, you would support the food & beverage service team by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Job Type:
Winter Seasonal (Typically Dec - April)
Typical Schedule:
Open availability required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; schedule will vary based on service needs.
Responsibilities:
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Assist servers by delivering food and water to tables. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and service stations. Assist with dishwashing and deep cleaning tasks as needed. Work as part of a team to support overall restaurant flow.
Qualifications:
No experience required; training provided. Strong work ethic and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to ski or snowboard is a plus but not required.
Work Environment & Transportation Requirements:
Working at Brighton Resort requires commitment and planning to arrive on time and navigate canyon traffic and mountain weather conditions. Employees must be prepared for delays, road restrictions, and seasonal challenges associated with high-altitude resort operations.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate commercial equipment as required by role. Comfortable working in cold, snowy, and high-altitude conditions. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak ski/summer seasons.
