This position will be to thoroughly wash, clean and sanitize all dishware including plates, cups, flatware and kitchen dishes. As a porter the responsibilities will be to ensure that equipment is in working order and if/when it is not, to report faulty, broken or weathered equipment to a manager.

Specified Duties:

• All Restaurant Dishes
• Sweeping/Mopping
• Washing Walls
• Prepping Food-Service Items
• Reporting on Equipment
• Breaking Down Boxes
• Trash Bins This position will have over-time available at times and will be expected to report bi-weekly on wares and equipment.
