Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will play a vital role in creating a seamless dining experience. In this lively position, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient food preparation. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and culinary support will help us deliver exceptional service to our guests and uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support culinary staff. Support catering and banquet setups by preparing necessary items and ensuring timely delivery of clean dishes. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Assist in bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods and special events. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong attention to detail in cleaning, organization, and food prep activities. Experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel kitchens is a plus. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
