$16 + $100 biweekly bonus
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Speed and efficiency handling high volume; attention to detail; reliability and willingness to follow instructions. 25+; no prior dishwashing experience required, restaurant experience a plus. Completes Aubergine's onboarding program; Food Handler Certificate within 14 days of hire (company-supported). Available 30-40 hrs/week incl. weekends/holidays (closed Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th). Able to stand for extended periods in a hot/humid environment, move safely in wet areas, and lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Washing & Sanitizing Wash bowls, cutlery, pots, utensils, and equipment using correct techniques within the time scheduled on the shift plan. Perform the sanitizer pH test daily — report out-of-range results to your manager immediately. Organization & Work Area Organize washed items for easy team access; restock the cutlery and utensil station as needed. Keep the sink area clean at all times, empty trash regularly, and ensure the dishwashing machine is clean and working — flag issues immediately. Kitchen & Team Support Assist with general kitchen cleaning and work closely with prep and cook teams to maintain workflow. Wear protective gear, report safety issues, and follow all food safety protocols and proper cleaning product use.
