As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant serving a delicious menu of Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, and sandwiches. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all equipment and cookware are cleaned and available for use. Wash and clean all cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards. Maintain dish area organization, including machine temperature settings and chemical safety. Keep kitchen floors clean and free of debris. Properly dispose of waste and follow dumpster procedures. Ensure kitchen sanitation aligns with health department regulations. Minimize loss and waste by using facility supplies appropriately. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house. Assist with additional back-of-house duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Maintains calm and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality. Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work around various chemicals and respond to hazardous situations.

Must be able to:

Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push or pull up to 75 lbs. Walk and stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead. Why Join Emmy Squared?
