The Clifton located in Charlottesville is looking for a Dishwasher/Steward to join our Food and Beverage team. The Clifton is a historic property that features a fine dining restaurant and also host many banquet events. This position supports the kitchen staff and is critical to our success.

Responsibilities:

Clean in accordance with ServSafe and safety standards. Use appropriate cleaning techniques in order to stay compliant with company and local health guidelines. Clean cooking utensils and pots and pans, dishes, utensils and glasses to ensure that they are ready for guest and team member dining experience. Restock all plates, utensils and glasses. Keep dish area clean and well organized. Assist with preparation of food items as needed. Remove trash from dishwasher and kitchen area. Put away food products in the appropriate area.
