Job Summary We are seeking a self motivated individuals for a busser and dishwasher position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. This position requires a few days cleaning tables assisting in the dining room, bathroom checks, etc and a few days performing some prep, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours Handle food items safely, including proper use of knives and cooking equipment Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests Skills Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or catering Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning and meal preparation Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members If you are passionate about the culinary arts and thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Line Cook.
