9AM-4PM or later. You will begin cooking on this day.

Friday:

10AM-4PM, Sometimes we will run longer, you must be OK with this. You will finish cooking and mixing on this day. 10-17 hours per week Must have reliable source of transportation and be available every Thursday, Friday. It is assumed you are good with a knife and have an extreme sense of urgency. NOT looking for former Executive chefs. Strong line cooks are encouraged to apply. Will be doing plenty of cleaning/dishes/food prep work. If you are looking to get your foot into the management, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Maintaining a clean kitchen at all times. You will be responsible for all cleanliness in our kitchen Keeping your own organized notes of recipes etc. Servsafe aware; certification is a plus but not required Reliability is the most important part of this job, there is literally no room to call out. Willing to take direction/criticism from the Chef Any further details can be discussed during interview, bring all your questions! Additionally, if you prove yourself, you will be able to join Chef Thomas during his extensive wine dinners and learn modern techniques/plating/molecular gastronomy. We have one coming up in January.
