You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Duties Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items are hygienic and ready for use Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, trays, and boxes safely in accordance with health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding kitchen areas through regular sanitation Skills Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation protocols to uphold hygiene standards Experience with dishwashing equipment operation and basic kitchen tools Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety standards, including proper manual handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
