Job DescriptionThe Dishwasher plays an important role in supporting Twin Farms' culinary and service teams by ensuring that all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are clean, sanitized, organized, and ready for use. This position helps maintain the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and care expected throughout Twin Farms.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.

Properly organize and store clean dishes, equipment, and utensils in their designated areas.

Stock service stations, cupboards, kitchen areas, and other assigned spaces with necessary dishes, glassware, and utensils.

Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dishwashing and back-of-house areas.

Empty, clean, and sanitize trash and recycling receptacles as needed.

Move dishwashing supplies, chemicals, and equipment from storage areas to designated workspaces.

Assist with basic food preparation or other kitchen tasks as directed by the culinary team.

Follow all Twin Farms standards and applicable local and state requirements related to sanitation, food safety, workplace safety, and cleanliness.

Work collaboratively with culinary and service team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Assist with additional cleaning, organization, and kitchen responsibilities as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsPrevious dishwashing, kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Dependable, punctual, and willing to support the needs of the culinary and service teams.

Ability to safely use commercial dishwashing equipment, cleaning products, and kitchen tools; training will be provided.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
