This role demands a combination of creative display skills and precise merchandise arrangement to ensure that our clients' stores remain attractive, functional, and customer-friendly. Responsibilities Travel to different retail locations as scheduled to perform resets and remodels. Efficiently install and set up retail displays and fixtures according to planograms. Ensure that the merchandising is in line with the store's overall theme and consumer behavior. Work with retail staff to coordinate large-scale resets. Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management and staff. Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers and boost sales. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all products are stocked and displayed according to company specifications. Provide detailed reports on project progress, incidents, and client feedback to management. Required Skills Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in reading and understanding planograms and executing layout plans. Ability to use basic hand tools and assemble retail fixtures and displays. Effective communication skills to interact with teammates, store employees, and customers. Capability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
