  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team.
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping our line cooks stocked with prepared food items and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to maintain high standards of hygiene. . Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
  • Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and storage.
Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and culinary techniques is a plus. A passion for cleanliness and maintaining a fun atmosphere in a busy environment. A willingness to learn new skills and take direction from senior kitchen staff is essential.
