You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-organized dish pit and prep area .

Key Responsibilities Topping Preparation:

Cook dessert toppings according to recipe. Fruit & Purée

Processing:

Wash, peel, dice, fresh seasonal fruits (mango, berries, melons, etc.) for dessert bowls .

Safe Temperature Management:

Rapidly chill, decant, and properly refrigerate liquid bases in food-safe containers following FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.

Washing & Sanitation:

Wash and sanitize dessert bowls, spoons, glassware, blender pitchers, cooking vats, and ladles; prevent sticky syrup buildup on prep counters.

Clean-As-You-Go Upkeep:

Keep counters sanitized, wipe down induction burners/stoves, empty trash, and mop floors at close. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment. Physical stamina to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but no experience is necessary —we will train the right candidate. Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset.
