Job Overview The Great House, designed by renowned resort architects Hart Howerton, creators of America's best clubhouses, lives as an extension of our member's personal residence: a gathering place for all generations to enjoy. The Great House is comfortably nestled on a plateau overlooking the back nine, with infinite views toward Lake Cle Elum and the stunning mountains beyond. Club employees will conduct themselves in a manner that supports the Tumble Creek Club mission- We care for people so they can be their best. We expect our employees to provide exceptional service to both members and their guests exemplifying the Tumble Creek Culture. Responsible for washing all tableware, pots, pans, and utensils. Stock areas with glassware and silver. Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operation. Essential Functions Maintain professional member/guest relations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish area Clean all dirty tableware, pots, pans, and utensils Stock glassware in all areas Assist in inventory of china, glassware, and silver Provide chemicals and supplies for station Report any malfunctions in work area, including dish machine Maintain safety in area and report any safety hazards Maintain proper placement and organization of pots, pans, and utensils Maintain proper storage of dish dollies, glass racks, and flatware Handle all kitchen supplies with care Display understanding of Tumble Creek's appearance standards Attend all mandatory meetings Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, to include cross training Qualifications Ability to work well with others Able to communicate well with staff and members Able to work flexible hours and days Working Conditions Ability to stand for entire shift if necessary Must be able to personally lift up to 40 lbs on a frequent basis Must be able to occasionally lift over 40 lbs. with assistance Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces and reach on a continuous basis
