Corbeau, Proctos French inspired restaurant is looking for a few badass people to help fill out our ranks. We focus on craft cocktails, local ingredients, and having the best wine list in the South Sound. We are looking for those who value hospitality above all else, are willing to work within a tight-knit team, and willing to not compromise themselves and others.

The customer does not come first, our staff does. We work to provide a space in which all of our employees can be comfortable, fully be themselves, have a space to be collaborative and creative, and feel safe. We will never put up with a guest treating our staff poorly. You matter. We believe that an employee who has a life outside of work will bring their best to their job. We offer PTO starting after three months, at a rate of two work weeks per year.
