Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Keep the dish area, kitchen, and equipment clean and organized. Properly store clean dishes and supplies. Remove trash and maintain waste areas. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and other support duties as needed. Complete opening, closing, and assigned cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry restaurant supplies. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
