This role ensures cleanliness, proper sanitation, and timely dish availability, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience for residents. Key Responsibilities Wash, dry, and store all dishes, glassware, and utensils Assist with meal prep, salads, catering items, and snacks Bus tables in emergencies Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment Maintain a clean and organized dish room; follow daily cleaning schedules Report injuries and unsafe conditions immediately Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications GED or High School Diploma preferred 1+ year of experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred Food Handlers certification required (within 14 days) Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs and push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart Sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
